I agree with this spark! We as educators DO have a responsibility to carry it around and ALWAYS light up our students no matter what. The second we don't have it or don't want to is the moment that our relationship with students heads nowhere. Education is a RELATIONSHIP that should be constantly growing. Positivity DOES lead to possibility!
